Where it Started: I grew up in the small town of Ryan Oklahoma which is right on the boarder of Oklahoma and Texas, so that makes me half Redneck and half Hillbilly. When I tell people that I come from a small school, I mean it. I graduated 4th in my class and was still in the bottom half!!! My Passion: When taking psychology in college (yes, I did go to college), I was given an assignment to interview someone that had overcome a bad habit or had achieved a goal. I interviewed my mom and for the first time, I learned how she quit smoking once and for all. Seeing her struggle with this growing up (and failing time and time again), I became obsessed with learning how she finally achieved it and what other successful people do to achieve their goals. Where I'm At: After working with people and organizations alike since 2001, I have learned that ALL Successful people do 4 things, whether they know it or not. I call this the G.O.A.T. Method of Success. Now, I travel the country sharing this process (based on my book: Beyond S.M.A.R.T.) with individuals and organizations to help them Improve performance and productivity while reducing stress and wasted time!
